Chailey Upper trunk Buoyancy Aid:

Found to be most effective for child or adult use in providing a secure stabliliser of the whole upper body, particularly where "thrashing about" or patient inability to prevent self-rolling over is a problem.

Supports the head from behind and the sides, and is fitted with a flexible solid tube to fit under the arms for adjustment and security.
